Get ready to be wowed! We've packed six billion years of geologic, natural and human history into our facility- not to mention living habitats representing the thousands of miles of Lake Superior shoreline!
Your students will use all their senses experiencing the wonders of freshwater. In fact, everywhere they turn, they'll be encouraged to "please touch" and make all sorts of discoveries on their own. What's a lock? Have them guide an ore boat through the Soo locks and see for themselves.
They'll delight in learning about river otters after they've watched them at play. And they'll think differently about life in the Lake after they've met our prehistoric-looking sturgeon.
