Whether you are coming for a short visit or spending the night camped out on the exhibit floor, there are many opportunities for groups of all sizes and types to engage and explore at Great Lakes Aquarium. Examples of groups include scout troops, school clubs, business groups, or family groups. Check out some options below.
A discounted admission rate is available to groups with 10 or more paying guests with a 24-hour advance reservation. This rate applies to camps, families, bus tours, conference attendees, clubs, youth groups, scouts, and homeschooling families.
When the lights go off and the last of the day’s visitors are ushered out of the Aquarium, the real fun has only begun. Many animals and certain species of fish become more active during the evening hours, when a whole new world of wonders comes alive at the Great Lakes Aquarium. Overnight experiences are available for groups of up to 60 people (there is no minimum number of participants, but there is a minimum total cost of $600).
Visiting the aquarium with your scout troop is a great way to explore the natural world. We can help tailor programs to meet your group’s needs. We also have a variety of prepackaged classes that you can choose from.
