Think of us for conference banquets, company parties, fundraising events and more! Host up to 250 for a seated meals on the second floor, and even more with seating on both floors. Event highlights include seating throughout the second floor, drinks and mingling by tanks of lake trout and sturgeon, and dance the night away in front of the light 24-foot water wall. Rental includes exclusive access to the building for you and your guests, parking, and on-site aquarium staff.
Setup begins at 6 pm, with events running from 7 pm – 12 am.
Catering is available from Black Woods Banquet and Catering or we can approve other licensed caterers upon request.
Capacity 25-30 people. Tables and chairs provided. Projector screens and white boards on either side of the room.
Capacity 40 people. Basic tables and folding chairs provided.
Discovery Center (Opening May 2015)
As one grand space the Discovery Center can accommodate up to 100 people for meetings, dinners or social hours. the space can be divided into three smaller rooms that seat 30-40 people each. Tables and chairs provided.
Our Harborview Room is the perfect place to host holiday dinners, with a panoramic view of the the Harbor and Bayfront Park (lit up for the winter!). Room for 40 people seated and more with standing tables (not provided).
For groups up to 500, consider an after hours full facility event.
