Registration Process
We are using a new registration process, DocNetwork. If you have any trouble using DocNetwork to register, please call the Support Center (734-619-8300). DocNetwork does not work with Internet Explorer browser.
When a session is full, a waiting list option will appear. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please select that option. You will not be charged for that program unless a spot becomes available.
Aquarium members receive a discount on our camps and classes. Please use the code “MEMBER” during registration to obtain the discounted price.
Payment will appear in your bank statement as DocNetwork.
Once you have successfully registered for a camp or class, DocNetwork will prompt you to fill out electronic waivers and health forms for your child. These forms and waivers must be filled out at least 7 days before the beginning of the program. You will receive more details about your child’s program via email the week before the start date.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel or change your registration, please contact Ahna Neil at aneil@glaquarium.org or (218) 740-2025.
- Cancellations made at least 4 weeks (20 business days) in advance of the program will receive a full refund (excluding the 5% processing fee).
- Cancellations made at least 2 weeks (10 business days) in advance of the program will receive a 50% refund.
- Transferring from one like program to another can only be done if space allows.
- Great Lakes Aquarium reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient registrations or weather concerns. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a full refund.
