We are Water

An Interactive Exhibition and Event Series

Hosted by Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa at Great Lakes Aquarium.

March 10 – April 22

We Are Water MN is a traveling exhibition and community engagement initiative formed to tell water stories through personal narratives, historical materials, and scientific information.

Visit the exhibit in the lobby of Great Lakes Aquarium, and attend events around the Twin Ports and Fond du Lac – from panel discussions and educator workshops to art classes and a wild rice cook-off – throughout the run of the exhibition.

During the exhibition (March 10 – April 22), Native American band members receive free Aquarium admission for themselves and their party (must show tribal or band membership ID).

Learn more about the traveling exhibit from its creators at MN Humanities Center and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.

Stay connected through We are Water Fond du Lac’s Facebook page.
