Birthday Party Availability Request Form



Thank you for your interest in hosting a birthday party at Great Lakes Aquarium!

Fill out the following form to submit your request. You may request multiple dates/times below, and we will get in touch with you to confirm availability before booking the party. Please allow up to one week for processing.

Please note that completing this form DOES NOT guarantee or confirm your birthday party reservation.
  • We can accommodate birthday parties during two time slots on Saturdays and Sundays - 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. (If you are interested in a weekday party, we may be able to accommodate you as well- just ask!) Please submit your preferred dates and times in order of highest to lowest (click the plus sign on the right-hand side to add more dates). We will check the availability of your requested dates and respond to you as soon as possible.
