Membership Form - Gift Membership

Thank you for your interest in purchasing an Aquarium membership as a gift for someone else. Membership purchases are non-refundable. Please fill out the following form. The membership card will arrive in the mail within two weeks to the address designated below. - INDIVIDUAL - Membership benefits for one named adult. $70
- INDIVIDUAL PLUS - Membership benefits for one named adult, PLUS one free guest each visit. $85
- FAMILY - Membership benefits for one or two named adults residing at the same address and their children or grandchildren age 17 or under. $110
- GRANDPARENT - Membership benefits for one or two named adults residing at the same address and their grandchildren aged 17 and under. $110
- FAMILY PLUS - Membership benefits same as the family level, PLUS one free guest each visit. This is the membership level required in order for a nanny or alternate caregiver to bring children to the Aquarium in your stead. $140

NOTE: The second named adult has equal ownership of this membership. This membership is non-transferable. Aquarium staff will ask for photo identification at the front desk. Please contact us directly (218) 740-2005 with questions. If you are purchasing a membership with the intent that a nanny, babysitter or other frequent caregiver for your children will use the membership without you present, you MUST purchase a Family PLUS membership or purchase an Individual membership for that person.
