Parking: Please let the Aquarium parking attendant know that you are a presenter for the conference. They will admit you for free.
Aquarium Tickets: The registration desk will have tickets available for your families or guests to explore the Aquarium during your presentation. Please request those tickets when you check in.
Technology: We will have laptops (PC), Mac adapters, SMART Boards and projectors ready to go for you on Saturday. You are welcome to bring a flash drive with relevant materials. You may also upload your presentation to this Dropbox folder.
Presentation rooms and Registration: There will be a table for registration in the lobby of the Aquarium. Simply stop there and get your name tag, a presentation packet and directions to your room. The rooms are listed in the conference schedule linked above.
Lunch: You are welcome to join us for lunch from 11:15-12:15. Please let us know if you haven’t already, if you have any dietary restrictions.
