Whether you’re coming for a short visit or spending the night camped out on the exhibit floor, there are many opportunities for groups of all sizes and types to engage and explore at Great Lakes Aquarium. Examples of groups include scout troops, school clubs, business groups, or families.
A discounted admission rate is available to groups with 15 or more guests. This rate applies to camps, families, bus tours, conference attendees, clubs, youth groups, and scouts. All admission tickets must be purchased in one transaction to qualify.
Please note: Children 2 and under are admitted free and do not count towards the minimum number of total guests.
When the lights go off and the last of the day’s visitors are ushered out of the Aquarium, the real fun has only begun. Many animals and certain species of fish become more active during the evening hours, when a whole new world of wonders comes alive at Great Lakes Aquarium. Overnight experiences are available for groups of up to 80 people (there is no minimum number of participants, but there is a minimum total cost of $700).
Visiting the Aquarium with your scout troop is a great way to explore the natural world. We can help tailor programs to meet your group’s needs. We also offer a variety of educational classes for all ages.
